Agreement Between You and 2gt99
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 2gt99 ("we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of the 2gt99 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, payment systems and any other features or content made available through the platform. Who May Register and Use 2gt99
Access to 2gt99 is restricted. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any pending balances forfeited.
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on 2gt99. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, phone number, device, payment method or IP address — are prohibited. 2gt99 uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts may be voided without notice.
Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering at 2gt99. This includes your full legal name, a valid Bangladesh phone number, and a date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Payments
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on 2gt99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Dutch-Bangla Bank. 2gt99 does not accept cash payments or transfers from third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the platform.
Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your 2gt99 account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 2gt99 does not control the processing speed of third-party payment providers. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within 30 minutes of a confirmed transaction, contact 2gt99 support with the transaction reference number. Do not attempt to deposit a second time before confirming the status of the first transaction.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to bKash and Nagad within approximately 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed any applicable wagering requirement attached to a bonus. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is subject to a pending identity verification request.
Anti-Money Laundering
2gt99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities through the platform. All transactions are monitored. Where unusual transaction patterns are detected, 2gt99 may request supporting documentation — including proof of source of funds — before processing a withdrawal. Accounts suspected of being used to launder money will be suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities. KYC verification may be required at any point during your use of the platform.
Bonuses
Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
2gt99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins and other promotional credits to players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of any bonus before claiming it.
- Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The standard wagering requirement for all bonuses on 2gt99 is specified on the individual promotion page. Where no specific rollover is stated, a default wagering requirement applies.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, for their first qualifying deposit. A player who has previously held a 2gt99 account — whether active or closed — is not eligible for a welcome bonus on a new account.
- 2gt99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance.
- Free spins, where awarded, are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion. Expired free spins and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or placing hedged bets to clear a rollover — will result in immediate account termination and the forfeiture of all balances, including real-money deposits held at the time of closure.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions That Will Result in Account Closure
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2gt99. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below — whether detected in real time or discovered through subsequent account review — will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
Match Fixing and Fraud
Any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event, casino game or any other wagerable event through unlawful or unsanctioned means is strictly prohibited. This includes communicating with players, officials, or any person involved in a sporting event for the purpose of fixing results, as well as using any software, tool or exploit to influence the outcome of a casino game or slot machine.
Chargebacks and Fraudulent Payments
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal for any deposit made to 2gt99 — other than in cases of clear unauthorised use of your payment account — is considered a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, 2gt99 will immediately suspend the associated player account pending investigation. Any winnings generated from funds that are subsequently reversed will be voided.
Underage Gambling
Allowing or facilitating a person under 21 years of age to access or use a 2gt99 account is strictly prohibited. If you are aware that a minor has accessed your account, you must notify 2gt99 support immediately and change your account password. 2gt99 takes underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any investigation relating to underage access of the platform.
Liability
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2gt99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from a technical failure, game malfunction, payment processing delay, or interruption of service. 2gt99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of any game for a particular purpose. In all cases, 2gt99's total liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 2gt99 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. 2gt99 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly; players are encouraged to contact support before initiating any formal dispute process.
Changes
Amendments to These Terms
2gt99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 2gt99 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amended Terms, your only recourse is to close your account and cease using the platform.
